    You should try Smitten Kitchen’s pasta with garlicky broccoli rabe. We top ours with grated Mizithra cheese. Absolutely delicious.

    The chicken is awesome! It doesn’t say in the recipe but a piece of parchment as a lid is a good idea. We had it on boiled potatoes and mashed them with the lemon “curd” juice and spread the garlic on bread. Yum!

    Lately I have been making an easy version of that recipe with canned cannellini beans, frozen kale, frozen caramelized onion (just a bit) and maybe an egg on top. Parmesan and dried chili flakes optional. It’s filling, cheap, nutritious, accidentally gluten-free and vegetarian and my go to meal for lazy nights.
