Great recipes – thanks for the awesome links as usual!

We use Spiegelau as our everyday wine glasses. They’re quite nice and around $10 ea so it’s not a tragedy if I break them (as I often do) .

I just found Pomona’s at the Ballard market, made raspberry and strawberry jam, both with 1.5 cups sugar, and they are AMAZING! Love that stuff! :)

You don’t even need Pomona’s pectin; Ball makes a low-sugar version now that works just as well. I made strawberry-orange jam and blueberry-lemon jam this year and they’re fantastic – and I used very little sugar (maybe 3/4 of a cup to 1 cup for each large-ish batch).
