love stamps

I consider it lucky that the post office had these love themed stamps that went well with our envelopes but don’t scream Wedding. They are also very appropriate for us since we ran off and got married in Vegas. Thank you, post office.

I totally agree! I just used these for my wedding invitaitons. I love them, so much better than the cheesey rings or wedding cake :)

i really liked the illustration style on those stamps too, i just wish that the post office didn’t make gender-specific love stamps this year. i wish they would make a basic, non-wedding oriented love stamp that was fun each year.

Your photographs are just so lovely. You could make a pile of dirt look good, I swear! :0)

When we got married in 07, the post office had the Hershey Kisses stamps in stock, which was an awesome addition to our invitations.

I love those stamps, because my hubby and I really love playing card games (umm, mostly bridge). Of course, for our wedding we had the year of the monkey stamps. Silly monkey heads that we are.

We used these on our wedding invitations, too. They were a great little detail. I’m not sure anyone but me noticed, but I really liked them.

    Those are fantastic.
Unfortunately for us, the only postcard stamps available for our RSVP’s were pastel tropical fruit that seemed to reference Georgia O’Keefe.
    Thanks, post office…

*gasp* Those are adorable. I may have to make a detour to the post office tomorrow.

The post office has a kit where you can make your own stamps with your pics for about $20. Love the idea of a pic of the happy couple on them.

The playing-card stamps are the best the P.O. has done on this subject on quite some time, maybe ever! For custom stamps, I collected my favorite love stamps by independent designers on this page:

    Congrats on your wedding!

I just got married in September and we used those for our invitations, too — I adore them!
