I have never heard of the Violet Crumble bars, but the honeycomb candy sounds very similar to what is also called sponge candy (and it’s delicious!).

THANK YOU FOR THE RECIPE LINKS!! Crunchie bars have been favorites of mine for years! Violet Crumble is a close second, but it doesn’t have that lovely airy-ness to it like the Crunchie.

Great honeycomb candy. Have you tried manjar on crepes? It’s a Chilean, very tasty. When it’s all put together it tastes like crepes laced with honey. Sweet and delicious.
