He has done this before and for me this is a first. He does the breads and i do the rest. I have been toying with the idea of selling tiny pies and have been struggling to get tins. What an excellent idea to use that pan. I also like the way your pies look, like mine, rustic. My husband wants me to crimp all the edges, egg wash for shine ect.
