I use crepe paper to cover them like I remember from my childhood. Getting very hard to find crepe paper-- one of those craft items that no one cares about anymore. I make sure to put a toy, a piece of candy, a crown of course (handmade) and reformat and printout bleak but hilarious horoscopes from The Onion for the joke (the Brits use a certain term which I can't remember). Enjoy kids! I purchaced the snaps years ago at a wholesale store with a friend - I will not be sharing any until I know I can get them again! They are classed as an explosive and no carrier will transport them if they know what is in the package!
