This looks so good!! How clever! I posted a link to this article in my blog, I can't wait to try this out. I love the new trend in faux food! Siri's idea to use sorbet also sounds awesome, maybe once I get better at molded foods lol.

For my wedding reception I made these with sorbet(all sorts of yummy pairings--lemon w/ raspberry or lime orange w/ pineapple or guava, etc.). They were perfect, tasty, portable & loved by young & old alike! :)

I made these for my little kid cousins for the 4th of July - what a hit!

Knowing that the lemon and lime rinds would be sour, I sprinkled both with granulated sugar before adding the jello. Then I waited until the hot jello had cooled a little before pouring it in. Worked great!

I made these for my daughters first birthday and they were a huge hit! To be honest I think that the adults like them even better than the little ones. It was just so much fun to make them, and we used the insides of all the fruit to make a fruit punch drink! Thanks for the idea!

Another use for orange and lemon rind cups: My dad has always served fresh made lemon and orange sorbet in the rinds of the fruit used to make it.
