Other things had a EO that was safe as the main fragrance, but had other EOs also, which were not. Their 'Therapy' massage bar is safe though, and I'm told may people massage it into the bump! Many EOs will not be safe during the first 4 months of pregnancy, but are ok after. Still, I wouldn't give it, unless I knew the person had looked into it and wanted that ingredient.
