Friends of mine have created a new game called Bring Your Own Book, the game of borrowed phrases. They debuted the game at PAX South this past weekend and currently have a Kickstarter up (and they’ve already made the goal, yaaaay!). I was lucky enough to get to play the game in a beta version and it was really fun. Go have a look!

Woah, that sounds like a really cool game! Though I have to admit, in my crowd of friends who read A LOT, you’d really have to limit people to their most favorite 1 or 2 books…..

I used a very familiar book to me and it helped in pulling out a relevant phrase, though some of the funniest results were when time ran out and we were forced to read a completely random sentence.
