Kinder Surprise Egg A Day, Day 28

While I was in the UK I got my Kinder Surprise fix by opening an egg a day.

This one also came from a Kinder Santa.

This one has bits to assemble.

It’s a penguin ornament with a snowflake base.

He looks so happy. Those earmuffs look like headphones, maybe he’s blocking out the endless Christmas music and listening to Macklemore instead.

The snowflake doubles as a spinning top which was weighted really well and will go for a long time. I’ve found that Kinder Surprise tops spin really nicely.

I was inspired by your posts and picked up some kinder surprise while in the Taipei airport! I’m pretty sure they will all have airplane themed toys.

Joanna – Yay! Just remember, it’s still illegal to bring them into the US and you could get fined. So, at least discard the chocolate layer and only bring in the capsules if you bring them back.

What’s up with the hater? I love this series!! I came in to say I hope you post a photo of all your trinkets together in one shot. I’m jealous of your little collection.

Thanks Willa, I don’t mind people speaking up about not liking the series. After all, it’s pretty different from what I usually post here.

I didn’t keep all the toys, just the ones I was most interested in. I am planning on doing a breakdown list though.

Another vote for loving the Kinderegg series. I still can’t believe these are illegal in the US.
