I’ve been having strange reactions to antiperspirants and the most basic and natural of deodorants lately (lucky me) so I’m going to try this.     That deodorant (or one very similar that i made) is the best thing ever. Unfortunately for me I react to the baking soda so I can’t use it every day… or I need to try making some without and see if it still works as well. Whenever I use it I’m completely shocked at how I don’t smell *at all*! ;)

    Another natural deodorant to try — the deodorant stone. Lasts FOREVER (it claims it lasts a year, but 1 will last both of us a couple of years, and then we use the little bits left for travel), only thing that doesn’t mess up my or my husband’s skin, like anything with baking powder does.

    another diy deodorant user here. i’ve been doing it for 4 years now. i loved the results so much (from the actual deodorant to the fact that i wasn’t buying a mass produced labeled item) that it got me to make almost everything we use in our home–from laundry detergent to toothpaste. once you start you’ll never go back!
