    Oooh, I need to look at the web development learning sites. I am pretty good for what I need to do, but I also realize that my bible is an oldish copy of Web Design in a Nutshell and a dangerous sense of just try things out.

    Gimp is a nice open source image manipulation software (think photoshop)
