Big Stitch Knit Rug – the purl bee. So pretty and inviting looking. I wish my feet (and my wallet) liked alpaca yarn more.

Ombre Star Garland | Say Yes to Hoboken. This is really lovely! And making those stars can be addictive, I find it relaxing the way knitting can be.

Whit’s Knits: Big Cuddly Bunny – the purl bee. Also the Big Snowy Owl. I really want to make these for myself.

    I come from a long line of crocheters and picked it up again recently – I’llbe trying these out for sure!

    I fell in love with the knit rug too, and was tempted to try it with the cheaper yarn they recommended (Cascade Magnum). For 5 skeins + big needles, the project would have still cost $150. Yikes. Sadly not worth it for something my cat will tear up in 24 hours!

    I’ve been dying to knit something big and chunky with huge needles. That rug is a great idea, although I’ll have to find some yarn thats a teensy less expensive. Otherwsie thats a $300 rug that I have a high likelihood of screwing up.

    I’ve been crocheting for years.. I’ve still have not made those cupcakes! On my list now.

    The Big Snowy Owl would be awesome to have. Not sure if I can make that haha!
