    It’s good to see the article about salary negotiations. A gazillion years ago I asked for something I considered ridiculous for a salary (different job) and got it. It was only later after working for them for a while that I realized that I had still managed to under value myself based on what they were asking me to do.

    My sister does some hiring, and she says it drives her NUTS that women do this. She even had a woman say to her “My last job paid $X, but I’ll do this job for less!”

    Jenny, how funny, that was the one that immediately grabbed me! :p I correct “nauseous/nauseated” all the time…yes, I’m a pain… :p
