Regina – Thank you, beer tourism is part of our plan so that sounds perfect. I’m not there this weekend but the triathlon sounds like fun, at least to watch while seated at a sidewalk cafe drinking beer.

I’m a long time stalker, first time commenter. I live in NYC, and you got tons of good suggestions from Metafinder. If you make your way uptown to Riverside Park, I always enjoy a beer at sunset on the Hudson. A few places along the river for that above 61st street.

If you are in NYC this weekend, there’s the NYC triathlon going on. Always fun to watch! Swimming in the Hudson, biking the West Side Hwy, running across 72nd street and finishing up in Central Park.

I think I’d be too afraid of the Alcatraz night tours — haunted prisons are a bit too high on the creepy scale for a nighttime travel tour.
