I’m making another batch of grapefruit tarragon infused vodka (the tarragon gets added on day four, so it’s not shown here). The first batch was delicious and we used more than half of it before I got photographs that show how it turned out. Oops. I’ll try for more restraint this time.

LOL on the restraint. I fell in love with some blue vodka bottles for my bottle wall inserts, so to get the bottles had to do something with the vodka. Made 6 or 7 different liqueurs (excellent site at http://www.guntheranderson.com/liqueurs.htm) – none of which made it past the minimum aging period.

I love the Gunther Anderson site. I’ve been using it for years (I don’t make cordials terribly often, maybe 1-2 times a year).
