Thanks so much for linking to my mason jars and to my Edible Crafts blog! And sorry to miss meeting you at Wilton (invite in hand, but silly medical drama made me stay home). Next time…

I use the veggie burger recipe posted on Angry Chicken. It is wonderful and conveniently vegan for when I have fasting guests over (I’m vegetarian, but my Coptic friends have vegan fasts).

Thanks for the link love, Megan! My BB burgers can be vegan, too (I use vegenaise, since I’ve got an egg allergy), btw…
Perhaps you should compare the two!

Megan B – Thanks, I actually like vegenaise over mayo!

Gemma – You are welcome, their salads are what we eat when we’re too tired to cook for ourselves and I’m so happy they give recipes.

Seanna Lea – Thank you! I just found that recipe as well. I see a taste off coming along.

Meaghan – I’m so sorry we just missed each other! I hope you are recovered, and I’ll let you know if I’m back in the area.
