It scared me a bit to find 200 unread RSS feeds right after I had finished reading most of the new entries. Just glad to know it was just a glitch and I don’t have another 100 entries on which to catch up.

Lynn – I used Bloglines as my reader for a long time and finally had to jump ship. It appears the new owners are, let’s just say, not primarily interested in being a RSS feed reader.

I noticed it as well, but Bloglines also seems well and truly hosed (or they’ve “improved” something that I can’t undo).

For other sites that don’t give full feeds I use this tool to get their full feed in RSS:

I, for one, am just glad it wasn’t purposeful and you’re trying to fix it, half the other feeds I read seem to be doing the truncation on purpose to get you to come to their site :)

These things happen. I just marked all of the entries I’d seen as read and called it a day when I saw it briefly this morning.
