Yay!
First, I’ve been reading your blog since I lived in Vermont and you lived in California, then I moved to Seattle, then back to Canada around the time you moved to Seattle. You keep a great blog. Thanks.
The actual reason for this note is that my computer crashed and I lost most of my web bookmarks – including my new discovery of “make something”. Thanks to your link – I have found Karyn again. Fun.

Ooh, the dry hops article is pretty interesting. I don’t drink beer, though I have loved my experiments in making hard lemonade. I think there are a few spices I can use in a similar fashion for other fermented beverages.
