I saw the Chestnutter at Bed Bath & Beyond over the holidays, but the $30 price tag was a bit too steep for me…

I am completely amazed by the icing church. I intellectually know how to do that, but my icing skills are still in infancy (I have shaky hands), so the idea of an entire structure is awe inspiring!

Those yogurt pretzel Rolo cookies were incredible. I switched out almonds and shook a little extra kosher salt over them post-melting… mmm.
