love my netbook. in addition to it being a main computer for me, the portability is fantastic. i keep photos of things that aren’t complete yet. there’s nothing like being able to pull it out at a craft store or thrift store to match things to large stuff i left at home. that way if i happen to be near a store i don’t have to guess if that will go with the paint on my walls or that fabric i got last month that i haven’t used yet.
plus, i type better than i write and i never have a working pen. i can write down ideas anywhere.
look for one with a good battery life. my little toshiba really does have an 11 hour battery life on frugal use and normal use i get about 6 hours.
