I worked as a waitress in the dark ages, but it was a small place and it was mostly breakfast foods. I loved the responses to the restaurant question, because I didn't really explore what was involved in the kitchen. I was too focused on making sure that the customers were having a wonderful experience.

i think it's more important to use- and keep alive- "don't make me cut you!" sure, the origin is interesting. but what happens to the interaction after you pull that one out is even more so.
