I have to say, it was more fun thinking HOOKER standing around on concrete all night than film production crew. Can you tell I didn’t get much sleep last night?

Thanks for that link about vacuums! It’s very timely for me. Our is slowly dying, which is unfortunate because we have 2 very furry cats. I do not want to shell out hundreds for a Dyson.

Michelle – You weren’t the only one to have that come to mind when reading the subject line!
Carrie – Do read the reviews carefully on Amazon, some of them only work really well for wood floors, which was my sad discovery. But, lots look fantastic.

I just moved to the area! Where are some great fabric shops?

Allison – Yelp has a pretty good list, there is also a newish fabric store in the Magnolia neighborhood that looks worth checking out. I’ve completely forgotten the name. There is also Stitches in Capitol Hill, great selection, and the Quilting Loft in Ballard, which carries all the nice modern lines of quilting weight cottons.
