I just bought Trader Joe’s almond butter for the first time last week and I love it! I bought the unsalted creamy variety, though they also had chunky and salted options.

I used it to make an almond butter stir fry sauce, which I pour over stir fried vegetables and topped with sliced almonds. It was fantastic!

Fact- you are never too old to eat pizza rolls!

The homemade ones look so delicious. I’ll definitely be making these this weekend. Thanks!

I love the idea of homemade gummi bears. They are one of my little guilty candies ( because they make me feel super childish).

I’ve been eating Trader Joe’s Crunchy Unsalted Almond Butter (roasted, not the raw version. I think I’m allergic to raw nuts.) for a long time instead of peanut butter. I actually prefer it over peanut butter. I bought peanut butter recently when I couldn’t make it to Trader Joe’s, and I really missed the almond butter.

I recommend the roasted over raw, BTW. I grabbed raw by accident last time, and there’s at least a textural difference that I don’t enjoy as much.

Thanks for the link to the stuffed pizza rolls — I want to futz with the recipe a bit but they were a huge hit!
