Those oatmeal cookie pancakes are pretty amazing (skipped the raisins). Reminds me to try her milk chocolate chip pancakes! Any other killer pancake recipes out there?

Brick Lane’s a bit overrated – better curry can be found elsewhere! But it’s got a nice artsy vibe during the day and some good shopping.

Apart from the first recommendation for Tayyabs – but it’s so popular a friend waited 2 hours for a table the other day.

I live by Drummond St which someone else mentioned and it’s good for vegetarian Indian restaurants and a really great African cafe.

Yum coffee! I’ve been making mine with chocolate with ground coffee beans in it, some cocoa, sugar and heavy cream. So delicious!

ohhhh yes….curry on brick lane, strangely enough, had one on friday night, and yes…tayyabs is the best curry that you can have in London, it is a bring your own – make sure you have a big bag full of beer because the queues are hideous as Sarah says…

…also, yeah, you can probably get better curry’s elsewhere, but you have to go to “banglore town” just for the atmosphere and the curry touts! (is that how you spell it, like trout, just without the r?!) :D
