Encourage them all to look at their website as if they were a lumberjack in Bosnia. Does it say where the business is? Is it a brick and mortar? Is there an address, phone number, hours? If not a brick and mortar does it at least somewhere not buried say what the reason for the site is (sell stuff, show stuff, whatever)? Just last week, I did a search looking for places in Seattle that carried Addi turbo knitting needles. I turned up more than a couple local businesses that included NONE of the information above.
