Times is hard, especially for small business owners here in Seattle who missed out on getting a lot of the holiday gift buying traffic because of the snow. A favorite small business of mine, Schmancy, here in Seattle could really use your help. From Kristen:

Here is how you can help. Shop here. It’s really simple. I am forever grateful for words of kindness and compliments on my store but right now to keep this place going is all about making a simple purchase. Even if it’s small, it helps. And it will make you feel all warm and fuzzy to shop here.

Here are some items you might like to buy: Teddy Troops Series 3, BBZ, Droplets, Kidrobot Keychains, and so much plush! Including toys by some of your favorite artists including Cupco, Snaggs, Cotton Monster, 12Punt3, Coco Howard,the list goes on.

Oh and we also have Dunnys coming out in a few weeks. Apparently the folks at Kidrobot are not sponsoring any release parties this time around but I will be doing one of my own. I am cleaning house. I will be collecting a lot of toys from the past (recent and not so much) and filling bags. Anyone that purchases a case of Dunnys will get to pick from the lot. You’ll find a lot of goodies in there so mark your calendars!
