okay, so i need pie-making ingredients, a gross of tiny jars, a stand-along freezer, and an addition onto my house to contain the stand along freezer.

Z - Two of my twelve jars show stress fractures after two rounds of baking. No explosions though. Usually there is some time between when I took the jars out of the oven and got all the things I needed (baking sheet, silpat, oven mitt, got the frozen jars open, made sure oven was preheated, take a photograph). So, do allow some time for the jar warm up a bit.
