They were incredible. I told my father that he should try the caramels when he visited London recently, but the people at the shop said they were out. There had been a huge demand for the caramels, and so my father had to return without sampling them. They aren't even on their UK or US websites. Sigh. The "Proper Peppermint Fondants" sounded good in theory, as I love Peppermint Patties, but the mint was so strong as to be almost medicinal. Still--I do so long for those Sea Salt Caramels.
