Hi there,
I’ve actually tried to contact you in the past via e-mail with no luck but it just dawned on me today to leave a comment. Duh. Anyway, as a fellow Seattle resident, I love your blog and following the inspiration you’ve given me I’ve decided to try one of my own. Please visit and tell me what you think http://tipsfroma20.blogspot.com/
This is a first though so be sure to return in the future!

The Unhappy Meals article is (I’m pretty sure) an excerpt from Michael Pollan’s book “The Omnivore’s Dilemma.” Cannot recommend this book highly enough!

My brother and I are both celiac. I instantly thought of him when I saw your BLT’s. Bacon makes everything better, and BLTs are one of the foods I miss since giving up wheat. I hope you keep the gluten-free suggestions coming.
Thank you!!!

Whew! I read the first page of the Unhappy Meal article and when I got to bottom and realized there were 12 pages(!!) I figured I’d print it and read it later… There is no way I could finish reading an article that long online- my eyes would turn into raisins if I didn’t keel over and die first.
The first page was interesting though!
