i bought that mascara recently too! I like how big the brush is...although it seems a bit excessive. I noticed that it clumps easily! I prefer their LashExact mascara. I'll prolly go back to that next! It's always worked well for me.

Love those super sticky post-it notes! Excellent for driving directions; they stay on the steering wheel center until deliberately removed.

I finally found a wicked mascara:
Kiss Me. It 'tubes' each lash and never runs. About $30 a tube but so worth not having raccoon eyes!

Bibliogrrl - The HIP eyeliner dries pretty quickly and is fairly rubproof. I wore it to a fancy party and it didn't budge, and it doesn't rub off during less-dramatically applied daily wear.

Oh, I'll have to try the HIP eyeliner. I've got a cream one from Victoria's Secret that has 2 colors in it, but I only use the darker one. The other is a browney pink that makes my eyes a little to rabbity red looking. lol Pink eyeliner is NOT for me.

That eyeliner looks AWESOME.

They discontinued the loose kohl eyeliner I used and loved for years (and I'm almost OUT *sob*), and while liquid is OK, I've been on the lookout for something better.

Does it wear off or rub like some liquids do? how does it do if it gets warm (like, if it's warm where you are or in the summer?). Does anyone know? I'm totally going to try it anyway, but I'm curious.

I'm still totally mourning the loss of the Physician's Formula Loose Kohl. Really, I am.

I currently have a crush on the Mint Rosebud Salve. I keep a tin in the pocket of every coat, in my desk drawer, my purse and by my bedside table. I've found that the secret to not losing lip balm is to buy a truly ridiculous amount and stick it every where.

I like the brush on my Cover Girl Volume Exact mascara a lot, I think it is the same as the Lash Blast. But I prefer Mac Zoom Lash mascara. The brush that comes with Zoom Lash is awful. Love love love rosebud salve. I keep it in the car and rub it into my cuticles at stoplights.

My sister completely revolutionized my eye makeup regime a couple years ago when she bought me <a href="http://www.sephora.com/browse/product.jhtml?id=P46017&categoryId=B70" rel="nofollow">Blinc Kiss Me Mascara</a> and a <a href="http://www.sephora.com/browse/brand_hierarchy.jhtml?brandId=5682&categoryId=C105" rel="nofollow">Pop Beauty Eyeshadow set</a>.

I use a moistened urban decay brow brush to apply the darker shades of eye shadow from the palette as eyeliner, and it gives me far more precision (and conversely, more leeway) than any other eyeliner I've used, liquid or pencil. It's also not overly pigmented like other powder liners I've tried (Everyday Minerals comes to mind), so if it smudges and runs a little through the day, I don't immediately have raccoon eyes.

The mascara is where it's REALLY at though. I have very oily skin, so finding a brand of mascara that won't give me the aforementioned raccoon eyes has been next to impossible. Before this, the only luck I had was Neutrogena’s Weightless Volume Wax free mascara, which didn’t have much staying power at all, but also didn’t give me giant dark rings under my eyes.

The Blinc mascara is simply wonderful--as the description says, it literally forms tubes around each of your lashes (kind of stretchy and silicon-like when you remove them), and the worst I’ve ever experienced is a little bit if flakiness at the end of a very long day, which is very easy to brush away. It has its limitations of course. It’s not nap-friendly mascara, you can’t “touch up” like you can do with others, and also, curling your lashes after you’ve applied is a big no-no (since all of these tend to make the tubes “break” giving you an odd clumpy look). It’s on the spendy side, but on average I’ve only used 3 tubes a year, so it’s a worthwhile trade-off in my book (also, it tends to improve with age—it can be a little runny when brand new). One of the other slightly odd benefits to it is that if you curl your eyelashes beforehand, it seals that curl in place for the whole day, kind of like hairspray. My eyelashes naturally slope downward, so I have to curl them to get them to show up at all, and before using this mascara, I had to carry an eyelash curler with me to bend them back up several times a day. Not anymore! Oh yeah, it also removes very easily with water alone, or soap and water.

Sorry to go off on such a lengthy rant about this. It’s just that this mascara owns my heart now. Hopefully you haven't tried it before and hated it.

If you like the brush on the CoverGirl mascara, try Max Factor. The CG made my lashes all stiff and crunchy but the MF just makes them all full and pretty. And the brush prevents clumping. So awesome!

I like the Maybelline lash exact mascara. Great for a nice daytime lash. For night I think that MAC lashpro is great! I am definitely going to get those post it's though! And I want to try the liner as well!

Dawn - I agree. Scott got a fairly unobnoxious set of colors and we both chose colors (lime, orange) and ignored the other two colors for now.

I love rosebud salve too! I have both plain and strawberry and I definately prefer the plain scent.

I'm a post it notes junky and LOVE the super stickys. I have them everywhere around our house. I just wish their designs were more fun (and yes, I've seen their "fun" designs- but I want MORE fun!)
