  1. a few people said the right thing about the crunches and cardio question. if you want to lose anything, you gotta lift weights. and not eat crap of course.

  3. This Panasonic is my vacuum and I love it. Works perfectly on hardwood, tile, and linoleum. No idea about carpet. It's not HEPA or very fancy, but it's lightweight and BLUE!
