a few people said the right thing about the crunches and cardio question. if you want to lose anything, you gotta lift weights. and not eat crap of course.

Good news - just discovered today that the Sally products are also available online via Walgreens, for those of us living in Walgreens-challenged neighborhoods.

This Panasonic is my vacuum and I love it. Works perfectly on hardwood, tile, and linoleum. No idea about carpet. It's not HEPA or very fancy, but it's lightweight and BLUE!
