Nellie’s Dryerballs, time is up

  3. Thanks for the discount! I wanted to post to the last one, but I knew it would be buried: don't you know you shouldn't use fabric softener on towels? Even dryer sheets? It makes them less absorbent!

    My roommate in college borrowed one of my towels once, and when she washed it she used fabric softener. It took about 5 washings to bring it back to normal!

    I will have to try out these dryer balls and finally experience soft towels that actually do their job. :)

  6. Just a warning if the "fins" on the inside of your dryer aren't molded onto the dryer tub: the dryer balls caused one of my fins to come loose and eventually come off due to all of the banging. Great idea, but not with certain types of dryers...
