Great idea, but not with certain types of dryers... I wanted to post to the last one, but I knew it would be buried: don't you know you shouldn't use fabric softener on towels? Even dryer sheets? It makes them less absorbent! My roommate in college borrowed one of my towels once, and when she washed it she used fabric softener. It took about 5 washings to bring it back to normal!
