		<description>i made calzones recently and froze some -- so faced the same question about how to cook them.  first, i popped a frozen one in the oven at 350 degrees, but it took *forever* to cook through (40-50 min).  yesterday, i put one on defrost in the microwave for 5 min then cooked in the oven at 400 degrees and it was perfect in 15-20 min.  worked for me!</description>
