killer shoes

Our New Year plans involved walking a few blocks to a show, then to a restaurant. Not enough blocks to justify getting a cab, but enough to make me worry about my shoes. Despite that they fit me surprisingly well I was afraid I’d slide down into the toes. So I sought out some Foot Petals insoles and I’m really glad I did, they saved me with their grippy and cushiony goodness. The inserts are made of Poron, which is accepted by the American Podiatric Medical Association, have 3M adhesive backing, and come in a variety of shapes to fix high heel shoe problems. They have a cushion for the ball of the foot, the heel, the back of the heel, the whole sole and even the insides of straps. They come in plenty of colors to blend in and are pretty cute. I bought the Killer Kushionz in black and you’d never know I added them to the shoes. Foot Petals are most definitely recommended.

Oh thank you!! I have the worst trouble with shoes when I’m out and about in the city. I’ll definitely be picking up some of these. We recently talked about women and their shoes on our podcast. Beauty doesn’t have to be pain, thank goodness!

Do these affect the shoe’s fit at all, or are they pretty thin?

OMG! I LOVE Foot Petals! They saved my feet at my sister’s wedding, and they made my cutest pair of black heels bearable – even while dancing!

Greta – They are nice and thin, you definitely don’t need to buy a different sized shoe than you normally have.

I too love me the Foot Petals! The full legnth ones were a nice suprise for my tall wedgies! I didn’t, however, want to try them with some super cute, but rather tight high heels. I felt like I was going to run out of much needed room.
