I made Ina’s Pecan Squares for Thanksgiving and they were wonderful. Huge Hit. I suggest using a second pan under main cooking sheet, It bubbled over in the oven for me.

Ina’s pecan squares are amazing and we make them every year at the holidays.
I second Alice’s comment about using a second pan – the first time we made these they bubbled over, and the oven started smoking and set off the fire alarm. Not fun.

I made a double batch of the Extreme Ginger cookies night before last, sent off three batches for gifts and the rest are almost gone. I need to make more – everyone loves loves loves them. Thanks so much for the awesome gingery recipe.
