		<description>I can vouch for it making a yummy pie crust... but I know it as Julia Child's recipe. (See Mastering the Art of French Cooking, pastry chapter) The fraisage makes it flaky.

I'll try the blind baking thing next time... I use ceramic pie dishes and the bottom crust is never crispy enough.</description>
