While I was doing some cleaning this weekend I caught an episode of The Splendid Table. I used to listen to the show in Ohio, but the stations in California didn't carry it. I had forgotten how much housework I can get done while listening to the show. More importantly I had forgotten how inspiring the show is, this episode has me wondering if I can make cider syrup using the pots I have. And now there is a weekly email newsletter called Weeknight Kitchen, I can hardly wait.
