I saw a cool thing at the Rocky Mountain Chocolate Factory in Monterey last weekend - rice krispy treats on a popsicle stick, drizzled with chocolate. They looked like smaller versions of the outrageous caramel apples they had in the store. Hee - they also have Thomas Kinkade chocolate sets. Speaking of caramel apples, take a look at the giant caramel apple which Erica Mulherin found!
